This is the night Water Street District was made for. Third Thursdays are a multi-block celebration of food, art, music and more. Take a stroll down historic thoroughfares like Pacific Avenue, Market Street and Army Street and find yourself in a vibrant cultural scene that's imaginative, engaging and entertaining.
